Make sure you use reputable sources when looking up information. A registered dietitian and the American Dietetic Association are your most reliable sources of information! You can find plenty of reputable sources on the Internet if you look in the right places. If you need medical advice, your best bet is to speak with your personal physician. Soy nuts are not really nuts but are dried soybeans. They make a great snack and are lower in fat and calories than nuts. They are rich in isoflavones, which are plant substances that may help to reduce the risk of heart disease, osteoporosis, and some forms of cancer. Next time you have that snack attack grab for a healthy handful of soy nuts and enjoy!

Physical exercise is just as good for your body as it is for your mind. Research shows exercise can help to relieve anxiety and depression, increase your energy levels, keep your mind sharp, increase your self esteem, help release tension, and improve your sleep patterns. In addition, exercise can help to reduce your overall risk of dying prematurely, make the aging process a bit easier and help to maintain a healthy weight. |
