2 1/2     Tbsp. sesame seeds

4           (4 oz.) boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced

8           cups fresh spinach, rinsed and patted dry

1/2        cup fat-free salad dressing

8           cloves garlic, minced

4           tsp. onion powder

24         cherry tomatoes, halved

1           Tbsp. sesame oil

1           cup cooked brown rice

 

* Heat sesame oil in a nonstick skillet and sauté chicken and garlic, 5 to 6 minutes or until no longer pink.

*Add sesame seeds and onion powder and cook, 1 minute.

*Let cool slightly and combine with rice, cherry tomatoes and salad dressing in a large bowl.

*Serve over spinach leaves.
