1      package imitation crabmeat (12 oz.)

2      Tablespoons chopped onion

Non-stick butter flavored cooking spray

2      bags frozen veggies (your preference)

1/4   cup teriyaki marinade

8      cups shredded lettuce

 

*Heat pan (skillet) to medium heat.  Spray thoroughly with non-stick spray.

*Add onion.  Next add crabmeat.  Cook until tender.

*Add bags of frozen veggies to skillet.  Cook until hot.

*In heated skillet, add the teriyaki marinade and mix until the spices and seasonings are evenly distributed.  (If you prefer rice, this dish may be served with rice, but it is recommended serving the stir-fry on top of a bed of lettuce for a reduction in calories and carbs).
