1-1/4 lbs. ground chicken

1/4 cup teriyaki marinade 

1 scallion, minced

4 Kaiser rolls, toasted

 

*Prepare grill or broiler. 

*Mix ground chicken with 1 Tbs. teriyaki glaze in a bowl. 

*Stir in scallion and salt and pepper to taste. 

*Working as quickly and gently as possible, lightly form into four -4 inch round patties about 1/2 inch thick. 

*Grill or broil about 6 inches from heat source 6-8 minutes. Turn burgers and cook another 5-6 minutes until cooked throughout, brushing occasionally with remaining teriyaki sauce. 

*Serve on rolls with desired toppings.
