2      cups all-purpose flour

1/3   cup sugar

1      Tablespoon baking powder

1      teaspoon grated orange peel

1/2   teaspoon cinnamon

1/8   teaspoon salt

1      cup skim milk

1/3   cup Egg Beaters® Egg Whites

3      Tablespoons vegetable oil

3/4   cup chopped fresh cranberries

Pam® Cooking and Seasoning Spray (s)

 

*Preheat oven to 400'F

*Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, orange peel, cinnamon, and salt.

*Stir in milk, Egg Beaters® Egg Whites, and oil just until all ingredients are moistened.

*Fold in cranberries and divide batter evenly between twelve 

2 3/4-inch paper-lined and sprayed muffin cups.  

*Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

*Serve warm or at room temperature.
