4       boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 4 ounces each)
1/4    cup honey-mustard salad dressing
3       heaping tablespoons grainy Dijon mustard
2       tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1       tablespoon honey
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
     

 

 

In a large bowl, whisk salad dressing, mustard, lemon juice, honey, salt and black pepper. Coat chicken halves in mixture. Cover and marinate 1 hour or overnight. Preheat charcoal grill. Scrape excess marinade from chicken. Place chicken about 6 inches above medium-hot coals. Grill chicken, turning occasionally, for 35 to 45 minutes until juices run clear. Serve tossed with a pasta or green salad topped with honey-mustard dressing or as main dish.
